We were renting a car for 9 days, as they didn't have a car which we reserved, we got a better one without any additional fees. Staff was in a great mood, they served us with a smile and great emotion, and answered all our questions. They allowed us to choose between several different options before we decide which car to take instead of one which was reserved, we liked that a lot. A car just as always: new (2022 year), tidy, clean. We are renting cars from Sixt most of the time during our trips, but such a great service as at this point we didn't have before. Thank you for that!
