Hatte durch einen Anruf erfahren, dass sie hier zufällig ein Zelt vorrätig haben, was sonst überall ausverkauft und lange Lieferzeiten hatte. Der Herr am Telefon war sehr nett, er hat gesagt, er läuft aber lieber "mit mir" ins Lager und schaut nach, ob das Zelt auch wirklich da ist. War es. Wir sind direkt los gefahren und haben das Zelt, das für uns auf die Seite gelegt wurde geholt. Da es nicht mehr ganz original verpackt war, haben wir noch einen Rabatt bekommen. Wir wurde sehr nett empfangen, und auf mein nachfragen hin, wurde uns sogar noch die mehrseitige Aufbauanleitung ausgedruckt.
Bin sehr zu frieden. Auch die vorhandene Auswahl ist OK. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden.

Ich war erst etwas skeptisch wegen den vorherigen Rezensionen was die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter angeht,aber wir sind dann trotzdem hingefahren da der Artikel den wir unbedingt haben wollten nun mal dort vorrätig war. Wie es nun mal so ist wenn man dort ist schaut man sich noch etwas um. Wir haben dann tatsächlich etwas gefunden was uns sehr zugesagt hat. Wir schauten erst selbst ob wir den ausgestellten Stuhl selbst irgendwo finden,aber das taten wir nicht also fragten wir einen Mitarbeiter. Der suchte mit uns und fand ihn auch nicht. Er holte den Chef und der meinte der Stuhl müsse da sein. Schaute dann auch nochmal, aber Fehlanzeige. Er ging dann zum Telefon und wollte wohl den Lieferanten anrufen. Der Mitarbeiter meinte er könne uns auf das Ausstellungsstück 10% geben, das klang gut. Uns fiel dann aber auf,dass der Stuhl angemalt (es wurde mit edding etwas auf die Fussablage geschrieben) wir fragten freindlich ob man eventuell auch 15% haben könnte. Da meinte der Mitarbeiter das kann nur der Chef entscheiden und ging. Nach 10min standen wir immer noch da und kein Chef kam. Wir gingen nochmal zum Mitarbeiter und fragten ob er den Chef gefragt hätte und da kam die Antwort:" Das müssen sie schon selbst machen " Hätten wir ja auch gerne gemacht, aber der Chef hing immer noch am Telefon in seinem Büro. Nach weiteren 10 min war es uns zu blöd. Wir nahmen den Stuhl für 10% günstiger und gingen. Das war das erste und letzte Mal. Schauen nach einer anderen Filiale oder wrrden wenn dann online bestellen oder nach einem anderen Campingwaren Verkäufer schauen. Kundenservice geht anders. Schade
