Ordered the Jausnbrettl (regional sausage platter), Marketfrischer Salat (market fresh salad) with pumpkin seed oil dressing, and Kalbsschnitzel (schnitzel with mushroom sauce). Everything was delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made fresh from both a visual appearance and taste. Yes, I did deviate from traditon and ask for sweet potato fries out of curiosity - but they were awesome and definitely recommend it unless you're a traditional puritan or hate things that taste good. Having just come from visiting a few eastern European countries, it was interesting to compare the Jausnbrettl to other sausage platters I'd had. I'm glad it was similar, but with a unique German interpretation. Service was generally good and the interior ambiance was traditional, but simple and uncluttered. They do have a menu that is in both German and English to make ordering easy for non-native speakers. Bottom line: If you're looking for a quaint, quiet place to enjoy delicious traditional German food with friends/family, this is a great option.
