Nice accommodation for reasonable price. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

The location and the courteous service at the reception were positives, but the room itself could be improved. It was a bit run-down, though everything was functional, you expect things to be better as a hotel guest. The breakfast spread is good, and worth the 8€ that you spend for it.

First room on 5th floor was not acceptable because the shower didn't allow you to stand upright (under the roof) unless you're smaller than 1.20m. The replacement room was ok - plenty of space. Everything was clean but not well maintained; renovations are well overdue. The receptionist was plain rude - on several occasions. The other personal were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental. Not much choise but everything fresh and tasty.
Would prefer a different hotel next time.

Impeccable service, very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Convinience store, clinic and a park nearby. Drug store, Italian restaurant and a pub two steps away. Even a dry cleaner! Excellent wifi, impressive breakfast buffet. Good size bathrooms. The kids loved it. See you soon again.

Three stars for a three star hotel. Service is so 2018 aweosme but the rooms are still in 1999. Everything is dated and it shows. Bed which is the most important for me was well used and not peovided any back support. Rooms are not having any ventilation other then windows, must be fun in summer. Found a fan under the bed. Tv has about 10channels. Speed of the internet is also somewhere in 1999. It is trully awful. Spend the extra few euros and get a 4star hotel unless you are happy with the absolute basics. That is my advice.

Great visit for backpackers and i believe its great for a weekend visit in Frankfurt, it is 30min walk from the center, good wifi and good service.
Just by the corner of the hotel is probably the best Italian Pasta Restaurant/PUB i have been to in Germany. Try the Pizza or sea Pasta dishes!

MONEY: They say you could pay by Visa Electron card. If you get 3D Secure enabled, they cannot pre-authorize your card (obviously because they do not know the password). So they suppose your card is not valid. They made me pay by cash the very moment I reached the hotel, otherwise I could go away. The lady from reception cannot understand basic banking stuff.

INTERNET: The Internet is poor and stops every 3-4 minutes.
