Ordered a Jägerschnitzel. I have never eaten a worse tasting Schnitzel. The mushroom sause was pre-made like a ready-to- make sauce pack from Supermarket(you will know it when you taste). The Schnitzel itself was so rubbery and the batter came off the chucken completely. It tasted old and like re-fried. I could hardly take a few bites.

Home made ice tea was good and starters of Chicken Crispers(or something like that, basically fried chicken with mustard sauce) was good.

But main course was a big disaster. I am not going there again.

What we liked:
- Wine is offered for a very reasonable price

What we did not like:
- Special Mushroom Linguine cost 13 EUR but portion was very small, too small.
- Pizza had not much toppings

Simple, yet cozy. Great service and good food. If you are around Bockenheimer Warte, this is a must experience local restaurant. Have to give a shout out the surprisingly great service by Ella. I’m not used to great service in Germany as an outsider who doesn’t speak German. But folks like Ella and Red make you wanna venture out more in local restaurants away from mainstream ones in the center of Frankfurt.

Cozy upstairs, nice service, cheap prices, but unfortunately only mediocre to bland food. The pizza tasted more like Ciabatta with a little topping, hardly any flavour. The pasta was completely devoid of flavour. Will not be going again.

We used to love coming here about 4 years ago.. since we've been back and new management it's even better! Nice chilled place for a meal and a drink or two!

Very good food at fairly reasonable prices.
Great ambience and well hidden, so theres also often enough space.

Altough it comes at the downside of a bit of disagreeable ambience noice from time to time.

Always been having Gemüse Suppe and vegetarisch Pizza here as both preparation are awesome. The Tiramisu is to die for. .better than actual Italian ones
