High level. Very friendly and professional service. Amazing kitchen, very imaginative and greeted warmly. Great wine selection, last time I had fish that I still can't forget. I can only recommend this place. The price is fair compared to the quality you get!

It's the only two Michelin starred restaurant in Frankfurt and has been on my radar for a couple of years to try. Finally I was invited here by a customer and had a chance to experience it.

Located in the old Palmengarten (royal greenhouse) in Frankfurt this is a cozy but small restaurant with a fabulous selection of wines. It seats about 25-30 guests max and offers a tasting menu of 5-7 courses. They also offer daily a 5-6 course Vegan tasting menu which is fabulous if you are vegetarian. It's near impossible to find classic French restaurants offer such an option almost anywhere as normal menu.

Food is excellent and you can really tell the classic French flavours, tasty and not super rich. The balance is fabulous and the food was cooked to perfection. The service here is amazing and the sommelier was one of the best I have seen anywhere. Great knack for picking wines and he just chose them for us as we went along.

Would come back here anytime. As a lover of French cuisine it's hard to find places that serve excellent food that is not too rich but packed with flavour. Highly recommended for its ambience and service standard.

We really enjoyed our meal and the wines here. I took the vegan 5-course menu and my boyfriend the normal menu (also five courses). We also took the wine-pairing option to make sure we got the full experience. The food and wines were excellent. Interesting flavour combinations, wonderful presentation. Staff very attentive. The reason for not giving 5 stars are the atmosphere (it could have been more intimate), the plates (every course had the same white plates) and the prices. Charging €30 a glass for the aperitif is too much. Also the price ratio of the vegan menu in comparison to the meat/fish menu (including even waygu tartar) was wrong, the vegan menu only cost €16 less and we felt that the value did not match the prices when comparing the two menus. Pictures are the vegan menu, and mixed pictures of both menus.

The food is simply gorgeous. The products used are, as expected, of the best quality, their aromas skillfully composed and brought out, to finally be arranged into a small work of art on the plates. The two Michelin stars are certainly well deserved. The service does its work attentively but unobtrusively. The atmosphere is pleasant.
Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star for the prices. Where I can still accept the prices for the menus, even if they are already on a three-star level, the prices for drinks are obviously much too high. Wines and eau de vies are sold with about sixfold surcharges. Even if one expects high surcharges, this is clearly too much compared to the rest of German top gastronomy, where one usually finds surcharges in the range of twofold to maximum threefold. The accompanying wine journey is of good quality, but glasses are often served with not even 0.1l. This leaves, despite the excellent food, a somewhat bad feeling.

We had one degustation menu and one vegan menu, combined with wine pairing.
Restaurant has very nice interior with discrete music , very polite and professional staff. My vegan menu was designed by Chef Krolik and it was best vegan menu I had so far. Our highlights were
Schwarzwurzel mit Truffeijus and Vegetable pasta with Maronen , from other menu Jakobsmuschel and Halibut filet.
Wine selection was good , but not as outstanding as food. Wines and champagne higher priced than other Michelin star places we visited.

It is good. Chef makes mozzarella and curry to ice cream in appetizer, but pigeon and venison are just above average. The food is fine and full of techniques. Overall it is worth to visit.

Food is absolutely out of this world. Wow wow wow! Every dish was better than the last. The only letdown is that the 7 course dinner took close to 5 hours! I know this is haute cuisine but that is simply too long a dining experience, especially on a weeknight! We were waiting up to 20-30 minutes between courses! Just wanted it to end by the 5th course. Book for a 7pm table because you will be there until 12am.
