Awefull hotel, despite it being almost thirty degrees outside the hotel had the radiators and underfloor heating running full heat, which you couldn't turn down, air-conditioning barely functional. Opening the windows to let in air also let in the noise of people enjoying their night out. Very close to the red light district and there was a COVID testing centre IN the hotel which we weren't informed of beforehand.

We ended up moving to another hotel and cutting our losses. Receptionist didn't care even enough to inquire why we were checking out a day early.

Would not recommend.

Was at your hotel on 7/17/22, check-in ok. Had appointments on the same day shortly afterwards, the shower didn't work or the water pressure and no warm water. I reported it. Same problem again in the morning. When checking out very unfriendly at the counter; Indian descent beard black hair and glasses (11:20).Tip from me-Should be subjectively nice in the neighborhood. NEGATIVE VISIT .

People rating this aren’t really good with ranking. Room was better than expected and the service was amazing. Food really good. ❤️

Very disappointing. Unpleasant staff, outdated rooms, some kind of bed bugs because I got bit every night and woke up with red rashes every morning, TV wasn't compatible with streaming services, etc. On Saturday night, very loud clubbing music from the next door establishment until very late into the night.

I chose it because it was the cheapest option and I got what I payed for. Do yourself a favour and spend that extra buck.

A very compact hotel. You find everything what you need in the rooms. WiFi works OK. Rooms are clean. There is no lobby. No breakfast during pandemics. And a good price-performance ratio.

Great place to stay in Frankfurt. Great location (very close to hbf). And a lot of nice restaurant’s on 2 minute walk.
