AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! And here I would like to say a big thanks to one of the best trainer ever - Suleiman. Thanks Master Shifu :D. Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out. Cheers.

The equipment is very good, the GYM is of high quality, however the staff is very annoying, they complain about everything all the time, you can't jump rope, you can't make noise, if you want to make your personal with a video call they complain, why they didn't tell me this before assign the contract? my wife also had problems, she had a injury in her foot and try to cancel the contract, but they didn't solve, I really wanted to cancel my contract but I can't, I'm definitely not going to renew my contract and I'm not going to refer friends to this gym.

As an old customer, already joined the Prime time fitness more than 4 years. I just called prime time fitness. (9:49 am, 03.11.2022) A man who said: Prime time fitness Berger Straße, after I introduced my name. He rudely hung up the phone. I have to say it is really bad and rude. Before I join the prime time, they said I could cancel it before 3 months. last year I tried to cancel it. As the first image, they calculated correctly. While, i though it was tough for them during pandemic. So I continued using until this year. Last week, I told them I would like to cancel the contract. They said notification period changed to 6 months without any explanation. Today I received the email as second image, it was wrong and different form before. And i tried to communicate with them and I faced rudeness. Be careful before join, you are facing smile and welcome when signing the contract. It is hard and chaotic and you also may facing rudeness when you would like to cancel the contract.

Is a good gym, but once you need to finish your contract, starts the nightmare. After being 7 years member, I had to move to another country and they wanted that I continue paying for 1 year without being in this country. After some mails, they gave me a 5 months kündigung. Not all the thiefs are in Jail. They will steal your money for a service that you cannot use. Ridiculous.

I am a member of the Prime Time gym in Bornheim since years. I personally tried besides the classic membership the different programs that are offered as the personal training in person, the outdoor training during the lockdown time and the group-classes. And since few weeks I am enthusiastically experiencing the online personal training.
The entire staff is always very nice and professional in offering support and help. Special mention deserves my trainer Alban Sabah, not just for his radiant and engaging character but also for being smart and passionate about his work.
We train together since one year and I have never been so motivated as I am now. So, I strongly recommend the gym, all the services and the trainers.

Prime Time Bornheim is a Great clean gym, good quality of equipments and machines.. Nice people, helpful and friendly trainers, good gym vibe.. for me #1 in Frankfurt
