The place is very nice. Even though the food is pricey, it's mouthwatering. The service was remarkable with positive attitude and recommendations.

It was an interesting experience to say the least. The staff violently put the water bottles on the table, I was startled every time. The music was too loud for a restaurant, more fitting for a pub.

The whole presentation of the food wasn’t bad but I had preferred a short introduction cause the concept wasn’t so clear to us. Kind of curious to see a bath tub instead of a sink, but not practical. Plus the food wasn’t great, the chilli sauce wasn’t spicy but sweet.

Never again!
We tried this place since it seemed very popular in the neighbourhood, but the experience was disastrous.
-We were served (and our orders were taken) after people that came after us;
-Our mojito came without mint and with 3 small flies inside, instead;
-The steak in my steak salad was dry;
-The hamburger in my wife's Loki Burger was the hardest we have ever eaten. Plus it had no bacon in it;
-We went for lunch and were informed we could order only from 1 page in the menu, since the other food was supposed to be for dinner only. But many customers that came after us ordered and received food from the "dinner menu";
-Two out of 3 waitresses did not wear a mask;
-One of the waitresses carried some empty glasses by holding them with her fingers from inside.

Presentation of the dishes is good, but that's all there is to it.

I brought by wife there for her birthday, I hope you don't do the same mistake!

Great turkey restaurant. We had dinner there. For lunch u can also choose from the menu but from. 5 pm it's like that: u choose between fish and meat, then u add how many side dishes u like (salad, gnocchi, sweet potato fries, etc. The waiter will prepare everything like on the pictures I'll add below. The food was delicious. The cocktails are creative and tasty too. Friendly and expertised staff. It was definitely not my last visit.

I travel a lot and this restaurant is easily now my top five favorite places to visit in Western Europe. I’m usually very disappointed in European flavor, however, our shared meal at Platz Im Herzen was amazing!!! Delicious! I now have a new favorite every time I visit Germany.

Great service from start to finish, the staff paid attention to all details and left us with an amazing impression. The oreo cheesecake in a glass was nice, would love some berries that are red in color added in the future to truly give it a Top 10 from over 300 cheesecakes I have tasted throughout the world. We will definitely return to try each and every item on the menu. Great job! A definite recommendation for those with class and real taste.
