Building interesting but why was it built with no public access to see out from high up? Current art very pale u0026 unexceptional to my view. Disappointing. Surely more could be made of its unusual position between the two river banks?

Porticus; It is a not so big one-room gallery built on a small island in the Main river. Looking at the exhibition themes under the control of the curators, the gallery is like a dance floor where they send a message saying "Look how bad it is out there, see what the artists exhibiting and what they are saying ..."

Google maps says open on a Tuesday (2pm) and I’ve arrived to find it closed with no special notice on the door. Very disappointed

A nice place to stop for a couple of minutes. Not much to see, but the artworks inside are swell. I would love it if the attic windows were larger.
