Waited 1 hour for an order of one medium pizza and one small pizza and the place wasn’t busy at all! I don’t recommend this branch!

The worst service ever. I don't speak German very well and was trying my best to do so as the staff can't understand one single word in English.
But seriously, how can someone confuse mozzarella sticks for chicken nuggets? Even in German that is the same word.
I ordered small drinks (asked for klein) and was charged the large ones. The other lady who was preparing my order also "forgot" to take my drinks, then was very rude when I showed my receipt.
Then she didn't want to correct the mistake of the other one and change the chicken for mozzarela sticks.
It was clear they didn't want to provide a decent service because I'm not German. Disgusting place, unprofessional workers.

This place is always a little short of staff so expect long waits before someone looks at you to assign seats, before someone offers you menu cards, before someone cleans table and before someone takes order. Once you have ordered you will probably get good quality food if they don't forget anything like in our order and blame the kitchen people for that. Good ambience though.

Even the Italian style pizza is rather American here. Not exactly generous with their toppings. Service okay but did seem to feel busy despite not many diners at the time.

The best Pizza Hut I’ve encountered in Frankfurt so far, a modern standalone restaurant like how Pizza Huts always are in my home country. Everywhere else around here they’re usually only a small counter attached to KFC. They have a full menu set and a salad bar, it makes me feel at home to eat here.
