My wife u0026 I went car shopping at Porsche Zentrum, Frankfurt in Aug last year to look for a new Macan 2022. We were greeted by Mr. Tim Bernstein who made great efforts to make us feel welcome and comfortable at the showroom. He was kind enough to show us around the showroom and made all attempts to guide us through an extensive list of the available cars, its various features and associated accessories.
I must accept that this was certainly our best car purchasing experience. Tim B. was patient enough to not only educate us about the pros and cons of each car. He was also very helpful in answering every question (by mail, phone, or in-person) we had (specifically when we speak and understand only English and most details on the web are in Deutsche.). A salesman like Tim, delivers on his promise of offering incredible service and we are more than happy to have sealed a deal with him. Even the post sales experience to date has been fabulous with Tim as he has smilingly assisted us with all operational / technical queries.

Not just Tim, but I must also want to tell how wonderful the overall customer service is at Porsche Zentrum, Frankfurt right from the Reception to the Service Center. A personal thank you note to the Reception team, Tim Goll u0026 Lorenz Koch. Every visit at this center truly amazes me with its excellence and professionalism. This location really does strive for high quality and the employees reflect energy to influence beautifully. Happy to be a customer and to be associated with professionals from the Porsche family delivering world-class service.

Perhaps I was lucky but I received the best service. We used to bring our car to Porsche Dresden but the service in Frankfurt is incredible. Especially big thank you to Mr. Karlheinz Stamm who is a very competent and superb After Sales Contact. This is how service should be! We can highly recommend. Thank you.
