This hotel was amazing.
The staff was very friendly, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The morning breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had in a hotel. It's right next to the station and many shopping stores and clubs. Etc.
I loved it.

Cons:
▪︎The restaurant doesn't offer the best food.
I definitely could get something 10 times better across the street for less the price.

Lovely property with amazing staff. They had challenges due to my stay with the laundry supplier - rooms were not ready for check in, but, all were so friendly - prepared a small snack buffet and drinks for free. This can happen, with all the kindness it didn’t matter and we checked in later.
The most outstanding experience I had when we realized that another hotel manager from Munich was driving a truck and brought them laundry - that’s team spirit.
Thanks to the team for that great hospitality

Very nice location and friendly staff. Be assure that this hotel does NOT have air conditioning, only a ventilation system. Can get hot in the warm days. Some room are hot while other are cooler. I’ve stayed multiple times and it’s a hit or miss. But great location. The attached photos are the views from my last room on the 5th floor.

Decent hotel nearby walkable things in Frankfurt City. Visually appealing however bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Loved the shower, staff was mostly nice but seemed confused when I asked for washcloths. Sink in my bathroom was clogged which required me to figure out to get it to drain. Overall, I’d check elsewhere…the bed situation is a dealbreaker…I slept on a better mattress at a low budget motel than I did here. Also, they do not have traditional A/C here rather they have a “ventilation system” which some have mentioned in prior reviews…I think it worked fine during my stay and my room was cool as if it was A/C. Internet was super slow for being basic and free.

I spend 4 nights at this amazing property. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Every little detail was taken care of and everything was thought in advance. Nothing was missing and every day was like sleeping at home. The staff was well trained and cheerful, making everything they could to make our stay remarkable! A big thank you to all of you there!

It was an amazing weekend in Frankfurt thanks to NH team. The hotel was very clean, our room tidy and cozy and the service excellence. I would definitely recommend it for a city escape! Thanks again for all your efforts making our demanding stay so enjoyable!

I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to your restaurent staff member Kern for her empathy and good customer service.
My booking included breakfast which I couldn’t use as I was fasting during the opening times ( It is Ramadan). Kern was very understanding and prepared me a latte and croissants at 3am, just before my fast started, a very kind gesture.
