Super nice place. You'll need up to an hour to check everything with no hurry. The current price is 6 euro for adult.

There was very little variety in the works on display. Most rooms consisted of one painted portrait and then several smaller lithographs, most of them being portraits as well. The explanations were only in German, which for a non German speaker reduced the experience even more to a monotonous drawl of random portraits. Still, some were interesting to me, and the entrance price was only six euros per person.

It’s not a genuine museum but rather like an old villa they rent out for weddings and events with an occasional exhibition of local talent that has limited interest for tourists. Signage is in German only. They do not take international credit cards, only German cards or cash. Give it a miss and go to the Sculpture Museum next door!

Thera are 4 floors all together. Lots of paintings and photos.

This is a last century museum. You cannot pay the entry fee with an international card and there is no signage in English, at all. There is a small exhibition, the meaning of this exhibition remains unknown. Don’t waste your time and money here, go to the sculpture Museum nearby or to the film museum.

An old Villa with on exhibition across several floors.
The curation was very interesting and information as well as exhibition pieces provided a lot of interesting information.
