Initially I did not have a good impression of the clinic because I had to wait a long time after my scheduled appointment time. I think that the receptionists were stressed by the amount of people waiting. I do not speak German but luckily one of the receptionists can understand a bit of English.
I had an appointment with Dr. Mann and he was friendly and spoke great English. I was happy that he was knowledgeable on transgender healthcare and immediately switched me to the hormone treatment I requested. I then had to wait longer for the treatment and blood test at the lab, but the nurse was one of the friendliest I've ever had and made the experience very positive for me. That is why I've decided to give 5 stars despite all the waiting. Thank you for the kind service!

Good doctors. Its impossible to reach someone by phone and at the same time its impossible to make an appointment online - great system.
I don't understand why they won't invest in hiring more people to do the work at the reception. this is bad for everybody.

I have been coming now for almost a year. They are pretty punctual and fine at the reception.
The doctor I have been followed by during these months (Dr. med. Julia Schläger) is for me the best doctor in Frankfurt. She is speaks really good english, is polite, takes all the time to explain and listens to the patient, makes suggestions and lets you do everything necessary to feel comfortable. I felt cared - not taken for granted in this country. Thank you.

Very good. The Endocrinologist was really good and friendly, the stuff of the enter was really friendly too :)
And the nurse of the blood extractions was the best one in my live (I have a really panic to needles).

Thanks you very much, i'm very happy to go to this medical center ????

Beware of fake bills, false appointments, non-required blood tests! I was given appointment to discuss the problems with doctor and the doctor went for vacation. I received wrong bills and nobody actually takes the responsibility of such nonsense. The reception staff assures to send the blood test reports by email but never keep their words.

not very quick appointments but worth the waiting, short waiting time in clinic, Dr. Lobjewski was very professional and responsible.
Just the receptionist were NOT friendly and helpful!

Here you can get the worst service ever. Don't really know why the personal sometimes think they can treat people as they were not human beings.

If you are treating people the minimum is required is to be communicative and to try to be helpful. Please star behaving as it is required to.
