We had a 3 night stay during a heat wave. There was no AC, only a fan which produced heat itself as well. Barely slept at night.

Very noisy outside the window which we had to keep open during night, and beware of the insects that may come in at night.

The bathroom is very small, the only standing area is in front of the sink.

Breakfast very poor for the asked price. Barely any food, but lots of jam options...

The Wi-Fi did not work for half of the stay, and you have to find the password on the desk in your room.

The elevator is very small, two people with limited luggage can fit in it. We preferred the stairs.

We stayed only one night here but had a great time overall. Our room had a great view. Nothing really luxurious, yet a good standard of room and facilities; minimalist but also really comfy. Very basic choices for breakfast, but the food was high quality. The people who work at this hotel clearly enjoy their job and care about the customers.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Unfriendly and incompetent staff; room was comically small (like a university dorm room) and smelled like smoke. Everything feels very dated. There are far better options in Frankfurt.

I had asked for a quiet room on the top floor and i was given a loud room next to the elevator and staircase on the third floor. The room was very small and the bed small and hard. The bathroom tiny. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. In the morning i asked at 7:30 for a taxi at 8:30 and the person at the reception, after confirming, said that all taxis take 20 minutes more. The kind of information you want to share upfront when somebody has a business meeting. This hotel is terrible. Will never go again of course.

Good location. Closer to various good restaurant, attraction and Metro Station. I stay here for 2 nights. The check in process was efficient. The receptionist are very helpful and entertaining. Since I brought my bicycle, the hotel let me park my bicycle in a safe place. I had a good breakfast too. Don't think I will come back to this place again because I have no more need to go to Frankfurt. But I highly recommend this place for other traveller who plan visit Frankfurt.

Excellent location at the heart of Sachsenhausen.
3 days before our trip we got a very good value.
I would stay again there definitely. Haribo and a bootle of mineral water were waiting for us.
Shower and toilet were in different spaces in our room.
