Charming little Italian restaurant with a gorgeous interior, friendly welcome, and incredible Italian food. Highly recommend!

Poor service, average food, over priced.

Took the wife here for her birthday as it was highly recommended.

They only had 3 pasta dishes and 1 prawn dish on the (verbal) menu.

Proprietor's kids were running around the restaurant breaking glass.

Food was average...

They forgot the 'Birthday Cake' that I had requested.

...and they wouldn't take a debit card payment (as advertised) but insisted on cash only... well over €100 for 2 plates of pasta,... 4 prawns on a plate of lettuce, 2 glasses of prosecco and a bottle of water.

It's a good job my wife had some cash, otherwise I would have been short.

PS. I would have been happy to pay more than double that (per person) for my wife's special day.... with credit/debit card...!

All in all,... very disappointing.

Very good experience with friends, Angelo as a host is the best, entertainment and great food and fantastic wine menu, evening was super and we had a great Cuban cigar at the end! Angelo and his daughter made our evening a great memory. Will come back for sure.

Best Italian food I have had in my life.Cozy place with a homely feeling. The food was Outstanding, i will remember it for a long time.

We had a plate of grilled vegetables with salami, buffalo cheese etc as starters. Two pastas, one with truffles and one with tomato and aubergine as the main dish. With some red wine.

They had these two pastas in the menu and both sounded so good, they offered to make one plate each with both of them.

Will be back 100%

This place don't accept any reservation online eventhough OpenTable has them on the website. No menu or price so be prepared to pay whatever is on your bill. Food was good, nice texture gnocchi. Not sure if it's worth going back.

I cannot think of a better way to enjoy life again than a dinner at Machiavelli! Truly authentic cooking that highlights all the culinary gifts from the jewel that is Italy with a touch of the modern. I have returned to this restaurant because several of my friends urged me to try the now famous Machiavelli Tomahawk - a marvelous cut of rib-eye prepared Italian style. The larger-than-life proprietor Signore Angelo Brizzi recommended a pairing of said Tomahawk with Opus One.

A dinner at Machiavelli proves that God loves us.

Upon my next visit, I will try the Filletto di manzo con salsa di mirtilli - Beef Filet with Blueberry Sauce?
