We needed a hotel very close to the train station because we had a lot of luggage to move and getting a cab did not seem worth the trouble for a quick stay before going to the airport in the morning. We were very pleased with the hotel room. The hallways and exterior could use some freshening up but the room itself was bright, clean, and spacious. We were thrilled that there was air conditioning! The staff were very nice and helped us arrange a cab to the airport in the morning. The area the hotel is in is not showing off the best of Frankfurt, so if this is your only time visiting the city I would suggest going to the older part of town. But it is a very convenient area for a quick stop.

Although some reviews complainted about the The size of the room, to my delight, my double room was very spacious, way beyond my expectations.
The bathroom was huge. The toilet seat was quite low, as other view suggested.

The room is not as noisy I'll expected, the aircon worked perfectly.

The people on the street did raise some alarm.

In general, very happy stay. Hope the rooms I booked for the remaining journey are as good as this one.

Located Bang in front of the Central station, you get out of the hotel and get a subway to the station(with escalator). The rooms are small but clean and has ample storage area. The washroom has window but its difficult to open in winters, unfortunately there is no exhaust present. No minifridge or balcony. Its a decent stay for a night specially if you want to stay near the station.

Acceptable hotel in the middle of Frankfurt city. Low cost. The single room is tiny. Stayed the night due to my flight being cancelled. After visiting 7 other hotels, this one had available rooms. Not bad. Thanks

Absolutely okay for the price and location. Central station is not the best neighbourhood but for travellers it’s ideally located. Room was spacious and breakfast buffet better than expected. A bit noise coming from the stairwell but overall a good stay.

AVOID!!! We had no electricity on the 7th floor for almost a full day and part of next morning, and Leonardo staff didn't want to give us money back but bargained and were unpleasant with us instead. After a super hot day, without wifi, aircon, and being able to charge your phone is not a service you pay 80 EUR per night! Unpleasant receptionist offered an alternative to pack our stuff and move to a noisy room on the first floor. Pack at midnight without a light in your room?! The hotel is located in a bad but convenient location, rooms are renovated but hygiene could be better (stains on curtains and walls, shower floor falling apart). The bathroom is super small, you can sit on the toilet only from the side! The hallway and reception are dirty, like they haven't been cleaned for years/months. Not Leonardo standard AT ALL!

We stayed in this hotel for one night during transit in Frankfurt , the location is very close to Train main station, rooms are ok, the receptionist ruined everything, he was very rude, unwelcoming, and racist we told him we are in transit for one night he replied why didn’t you stay in the airport!! Then he asked do you have credit card or you can’t stay with us however while I was making payments first for room charges he asked again whether we want to pay cash or card!!! Then he insisted to deduct additional 100€ as deposit from the card, we offered 200 USD in cash but he didn’t accept it, he said he only accepts Euro as deposit because he knew that it was late time and we didn’t not have euro currency, then he said after we paid the rooms charge if you don’t pay the deposit in euro cash or by card I will refund the room charges already paid and you can go get another hotel !!!! We didn’t not accept to get the room charges refund and gave him the card to deduct deposit then went to sleep in the rooms, the entire family was annoyed, by the way he said the deposit will be refunded immediately upon check out but it didn’t happen, I am sure it will take at least two weeks
this is a real complain to the hotel management and hope they will take proper action against the receptionist named Mohammad Ajaz
