I wanted to buy a schoolbag for my 7 year old daughter. She needed the toilet urgently and they wouldn’t let us use theirs as its not for the public. How can you sell school supply and not let a child use the toilet??
Very child unfriendly store and very expensive too! Wouldn’t recommend it

I think this shop is great! A great variety of school bags and other things for your everyday life. Umbrellas e.g. I jus bought two. One for home, one for work. Super and friendly service also during the pandemic.

I really don't understand the bad comments here. Before they completely had to close for indoor sales, the shop met all requirements so that we could shop savely.

School bags are nowadays much more celebrated than back when I was a kid. If a whole family wants to join buying a school bag, they have to set priorities, as there are OTHERS who ALSO want to buy things. And the center of all this is the KID: the school bag has to fit the KID, that the KID likes it, right?? You don't book the shop for yourself and because YOU want to carry the bag or that YOU like it. So, naturally, the priority is that the KID walks around and tries his/her school bag.

These times DEMAND a lot of compromises, and here EVERYBODY is involved. Not only YOU. These comments can only be given by people who have NO IDEA how to run a shop. You are just consuming and expect that everybody treats you as if you were the only person on the planet. A simple solution is to wait, be patient and ASK. Not just slam down a bad feedback to hit them in their face. This is pathetic.

My daughter is super excited about her new school bag and always wants to wear it :)

A tip: good service is required and therefore it is often very crowded. We were there on a Saturday and backed straight out the door because it was just too crowded. So we just came back on a vacation day during the week and took advantage of the advice in peace and quiet.

Meine Tochter wird dieses Jahr eingeschult, also muss ein Schulranzen her. Ich wollte einfach einen beliebigen online bestellen, aber meine Frau bestand auf die Beratung bei Lassners. Und was soll ich sagen, zum Glück habe ich auf sie gehört!!! Martin hat meine Tochter mit viel Geduld und Expertise beraten. Er hatte ein Händchen dafür, das sie sich nicht von Mustern oder Farben leiten lässt, sondern das erstmal das am besten sitzende Modell gefunden wird. Anschließend kam dann die Wahl der Details. Die Auswahl ist auch innerhalb der Modelle riesig! Meine Tochter ist super begeistert von ihrem neuen Schulranzen und will ihn jetzt schon immer tragen :)

Ein Tipp: guter Service ist gefragt und somit ist es oftmals sehr voll. Wir waren an einem Samstag da und sind direkt rückwärts wieder aus der Tür, da einfach zu überfüllt. Also sind wir einfach an einem Urlaubstag unter der Woche wieder gekommen und ganz in Ruhe die Beratung in Anspruch genommen.

Wir waren Gestern im Lassners und waren sehr begeistert sehr tolle Beratung und Sortiment. Unser Sohn ist überglücklich mit seinem ersten Schulranzen und wir genau so. Dank der Bewegung sind wir Wochenmitte und nicht am Wochenende gekommen und das war auch super so mussten wir nicht warten wurden sofort beraten von einer sehr netten Dame alles perfekt ich werde diesen Laden immer weiterempfehlen !!! heute war auch der Freund von meinem Sohn dort für seinen ersten Schulranzen und die mama hat sich sehr bedankt für die Empfehlung und war auch sehr begeistert ????????????????
