The location is excellent for those who need to visit a US embassy and don't want to rent a car.
Close to US Embassy, tram stop across the street goes to the center of Frankfurt, 24/7 MacDonald's across the street so you won't stay hungry, PCR covid test right outside of hotel it's handy for travelers who need proof for the airport.
The day I checked in, I felt pretty unwelcome. The receptionist claimed I did not prepay the room through booking.com to stay and tried to charge me twice. I showed him the charge on my US bank account; he said he didn't know what this amount was for because it was not in euros! Unbelievable rude and lack of assistance. So after 22h flight, I was sending an email to the property to prove I had prepaid the room instead of having rest. On top of that, I had to return twice to the reception desk because he provided me with a key that was not opening a door; later on, he forgot to tell me to activate a light in a bathroom I had to put this key in a specific spot inside the room.
The staff who worked the next two days were much helpful and friendly.
Another downside is you can hear people from another room or anybody in the hallway.
Price is higher than in other places, considering the destination from the city's center and the cemetery next door. So I wouldn't book this place for tourism, but I think it's an excellent option for those who need to visit the US Embassy.

Nice and cozy. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. There is also air conditioning in the room in case if you are there on a hot summer day. Located at a walkable distance to the US Consulate. Not many restaurants near by but there is a McDonald's and a supermarket close by.

Dirty and smelly room. Hairs all over the bed, blankets and pillows, and on the towels. The room smelled of a man’s cologne and sweat. The linen looks like it’s been used for 10+ years, scraggly and partially torn. The pillows and mattress smelled musty, as if they’ve been used for years.

As an “apology”, the hotel offered me their breakfast. The breakfast was stale, ingredients low quality, coffee weak and watery.

When asked for a refund I was denied it. Part of their reasoning was that I accepted their 9€ breakfast apology - so that should have settled it. What a joke lol.

Will never stay here again.

The rooms are tiny. Wifi is not EXISTING. Horrible quality of internet speed. Cuts on and off. Absolutely not suitable for work.
The only reason to stay in US Embassy. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Convenient check in and out.

The room was actually very dirty, there was wet stains on the bed, so clearly the sheets were not changed, and thus I couldn't trust that anything was changed or cleaned. There were no staff as I arrived late at night. It wasn't a pleasant stay at all.

Pretty good hotel, lots of things are automated. Located near American Embassy, LILD, ALDI. You can get to Center without any problems and fast enough. In conclusion great hotel, the only bad thing is bad WiFi quality in lower floors

I thought this hotel did not hold up to the ratings I read here. My room was quite dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned right, there was mold in the shower and the shower curtain was old and gross and needed to be replaced. Also there was hair on the sheets.

The girl at the reception was absolutely lovely. And the proximity to the consulate is unbeatable. That's why 2 stars. For the rest there is nothing close by unless you like fast food. If you're up to walk, there is some really good coffee and Thai food 10 minutes away.
