Habe über Doctolib Online einen Termin für die "sogenannte Erstuntersuchung) wegen Verdacht auf Schlafapnoe das Eindeutig auf der Überweisung steht. Habe 5 Wochen auf diesen Termin gewartet. Man wird darüber Informiert so viele Dokumente ( Arztbriefe, Überweisung, Medikamentplan) online hochzuladen damit der Arzt weiß worum es sich handelt bei dem Termin. Habe ich alles gemacht. Der 1 Stern deshalb weil keine lange Wartezeit was aber auch das einzige possetive bei diesem Termin war. Das Hochladen von den Dokumenten kann man sich sparen, denn es Interesiert niemanden dort, keine wußte bescheid. Der Arzt sah zum erstenmal heute diese Dokumente. Die sogenannte "Erstuntersuchng" war ausschließlich mündlich, wo mir dann nach sehr kurze Einsicht in die vor 4 Wochen schon Hochgeladen Dokumente mir mitgeteilt wurde das ich ein 24 Stunden Messgerät bekomme und der Hammer dabei ist das dieser Termin erst in 4 Wochen ist, das heißt ich habe sage und schreibe 9 Wochen gewartet. Den "Termin" heute hätte man auch Telefonisch abwickeln können. Fazit Online Termin vereinbaren ok, Dokumente hochladen lohnt sich nicht weil Sie ja sowieso keiner dafür Interessiert. Nach Einschätzung meiner Hausärztin muss ich zu 100% in das Schlaflabor (was auch auf der Überweisung steht) bin mal gespannt wie lange ich dann auf diesen Termin warten muss. Bin sehr sehr Enttäuscht darüber wie es heute gelaufen ist.

Bei mir waren lediglich 3-4 andere Patienten in der Klinik, so dass die Betreuung schnell und super nett verlief. Die Zimmer sind soweit ich das beurteilen kann alles Einzelzimmer, was das ganze zusätzlich entspannt.

Ich hatte letzten Montag eine OP und Übernachtung dort und bis jetzt ist alles sehr gut verlaufen. Das Personal ist freundlich, bei Problemen immer gleich zur Stelle und ich hab mich wohl gefühlt. Essen auch lecker. Das einzige was ich zu meckern hätte wäre, dass sich die Personen dort manchmal gegenseitig widersprochen haben. Die eine Person meinte man solle weiterhin mehrmals kühlen, die andere meinte es würde nichts bringen noch zu kühlen. Sehr verwirrend.

Essensauswahl, WLAN, Einbettzimmer. Sofern möglich versucht man Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen. Einziger Nachteil ist die Lage direkt an der Straße und der Lärm bei offenem Fenster.
