Really nice hotel, pleasant staff especially the guy on at night. Good shower and nice smelling gel, shampoo and soap. Comfy bed with a big TV. Free mini bar was a nice touch. Good location if you need to be there otherwise about a good 20 minutes walk to the old town and 10 minutes to the S train from the airport. Between 40-50 euros for a taxi from the airport and slightly less back

Stayed here recently for a few nights for a workshop/conference which was also in the hotel.
Room was lovely, bed comfy, shower good, everything clean.
Breakfast was good, as was lunch in the restaurant. No late night bar.
Conference facilities are ok, not state of the art.

Booked a room here for my parents when they visited me, 3 nights standard room. They liked it very much and while the room was not huge, it was very well laid out and equipped. Safe (free of charge) and mini bar available in room, as well as sufficient power outlets to charge phone etc. breakfast not cheap at 19€/night (April 2022) but excellent. Parking garage accessible via Ostbahnhofstraße round the back.

I revisited this hotel to give them a second chance. I see that have corrected all the issues i had previously. The experience was very pleasant and staff were very nice. They even kindly helped me accommodate my 2 kids with our charging me extras. I’ve changed from a 1 start to 5 start. Keep up the good work!!

During my stay the restaurant and roomservice was totally closed. There was also no mini bar. So you cannot even get a beer or any kind of food or drink in the hotel, except for some bottles of water and one 32 euros bottle of wine they sold at reception. How a hotel that claims to be a four-star superior can have zero food or beverage service is a mystery to me. On top of it all the hotel asked me to give my opinion about my stay - I wrote that I wasn’t happy about the lack of food and I get a rude response from the customer service person “Tim”saying it was my fault that I should’ve read some notification they put on their website. Really?

This place was really nice , very accommodating and friendly staff , and the location was amazing just 10 minutes walk from everything.

I booked two nights with Breakfast and Dinner, Breakfast buffet was really good , the food is fresh and the coffee is really good.

I had one small hiccup with my AC in the first night , on the second night incomes this Lady Gloria " Who was Awesome by the way " , she went up all the way checked the room , and goes you can come check I won't bite you ????????????, it was funny but she took care of it and I had the second room which was waay better . So thank you so much Gloria.

They offer free drinks inside the room , for any guest which in my opinion is quite nice.

I was a bit worried about my stay in Frankfurt as a whole , but this place made it easier , and the location helped me get to many of the destination I want to visit in Frankfurt.

Appreciate it guys hope to see you again

Excellent stay, with nice open concept clean rooms and professional and courteous reception staff.
This time was just a voucher accommodation covered by Lufthansa due to flight cancellations mess, but I intend to stay here in my future business trips.

Really amazing staff, good size room, great location with Tran and train close by. The modern room has everything you need and a beautiful king size bed.
Supermarket and good restaurants around.
