We had an appointment and she clearly was not prepared and did not even have a look at our floor plans prior. Then suggested we leave and she sends us suggestions via email. Then why did we have an appointment in the first place? Do NOT go to this shop, better service in Wiesbaden or Westend Frankfurt store.
