We stayed with a large group at Hotel Primus and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the very start, Tony the manager was really helpful - waiting for us to arrive even though it was very late, and then doing all sorts of favours for us throughout the week, like booking us into restaurants in the evenings. He was always warm and relaxed and made us feel welcome. Natalie was also great every morning at breakfast, ensuring those of us with dietary requirements were catered for and going above and beyond to prepare a very early breakfast for us on the final day. If we visit Frankfurt again, we’ll definitely choose Hotel Primus.

We went with a large group and it was such a lovely and welcoming environment. Conveniently located with excellent staff who want to help, especially Tony (manager) and Natalie. Both went above and beyond and no issue was ever an issue- they did their utmost to ensure our students had a pleasant experience. I was amazed by the hospitality. 100% will be booking should I come back again. Thank you so much for your kindness and warmth! Rashida :)

Ok-ish for a weekend trip if you want to spend most of your time in the city, not in a hotel. It's clean but you can see it's not been renovated for a while now. The room was pretty neat, incl. bathroom. Of some amenities, the safe in our room wasn't working, and you need to get someone working there to open it for you anyways. It would be nice to provide at least some water for guests. The location is great, 5 mins from the S-Bahn and tram station, 5 mins from the river and a city-center viewing point. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, which is also a minus since it gets really loud in the evening. On a plus the personnel was really kind and helpful :)

Walking distance to the center of Frankfurt. Good service and clean basic rooms. But sound isolation is rather bad - both noise from outside and neighborsing rooms can be disturbing.

Perfect location, close to the metro, a short walk to the center and a bar / club alley next to the hotel across the road. As for the staff, they were very nice, friendly and helpful.
I expected more choice at breakfast. Rooms smaller but satisfactory, we arrived because of the city and not the rooms.

Budget friendly accomodation. Overall not bad.
