Myself and my boyfriend had a very good stay here. The services were good. The staff who was in charge of the breakfast place was extremely helpful and polite. When we asked for filling our flask with warm water, he cleaned it up and got us warm water. The way of speaking was extremely polite and humble. I really recommend this hotel to everyone as the price is affordable too.

Nice and clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Zoran, the bartender does a great job! He serves drinks from the menu or is mixing his own creations according to your taste. In the evening, it was always fun, sitting at the bar.

Good place and excellent Breakfast! The only Problem I have with every Motel one is that there is no door for the shower so water can splash everywhere. Excellent Hotel! ❤️

Rooms were quite small. Service was good. I have put a shout out for one of staffs Mr Daniel Cobbs. He was amazing staff helped us a lot. He helped us through the breakfast buffet.

It was my first and last experience with motel one.One star goes to a Very poor reception service which I faced on my arrival late evening on 06.07, he gave me a room at level zero. I asked him 2 times to give a room on a higher floor as I afraid of such low room location , I was alone .both times he rudely refused and said no places . It was so noisy both nights and scary like I was in Keller and there were some running horribly laut water lines or something . Next morning very early at 08.00 4 my colleagues despite „no rooms“ argument got rooms at level 3 and 4. i left this place with panic attack this afternoon and can not calm down till now.

Situated close to the Messe,the Skyline mall is opposite the hotel and perfect if you don't have enough time to go into the city.
Loved the bartender at Motel one,cheerful and witty.
