Unfriendly staff who had no motivation to to the customer. You can wait for 1h for staff to show up, then they talk you down with "du kannst das machen....". Maybe 1 day they will be taught that
1) customers are not their friends, at least address them appropriately
2) customer service is the story of everybody, and you should try to help even if it's not "your sector", at least try to ring your colleague

Definitely should avoid this place.

Pretty big, a bit far away from everything but that's make it a not so crowded place.
It has a good parking and is well connected by public transportation.

I usually visit the store at Kalbach, but as I was around I went to Hanauer Landstr. ... It's good to see that the service is consistent the same as in Kalbach, friendly and helpful.
