Overpriced, overrated and just an awful concept.
You pay 5€ to get it, if you don’t have a reservation have fun looking for a sweat. You expect a rooftop view, but you get fake plants, ceiling made out of ropes, tents etc. absolutely no view over Frankfurt. At 10pm they turn down the music. There’s no table service you need to get you drinks and food. If you want to book a table they expect you to send 50€ per person. Everything is overpriced; 20€ for a Salad? Staff at the door is rude. I do not recommend coming here. There are better rooftops in Frankfurt, like Chicago Williams

Awesome place with good view, good Vibe and some tasty food. Must visit if you are in neighbourhood. 5 € entry cost, make sure to call and reserve to make sure you Dont have to wait.

We had a little company event with around 150 guests and all was perfect. Super nice staff and good food.

Bad experience overall. First you have to pay an entry fee (which is okay) but it comes without any service. We had to find a space to sit ourselves, there were no waiters (what is the entry fee for then? If it doesn’t come with a service and we have to do everything ourselves) it’s a bar not a club. Then they kept letting people in even though it was fully occupied and no space.

In the finance capital of Europe they didn't accept credit cards for anything below 20€. I honestly don't mind the overpriced drinks but please let me pay for them. Don't expect me to carry a bundle of cash around post covid. You should not expect real cocktails as well - drinks are just different bottles poured out with ice cubes.
Despite high prices, staff might not get so much from it as they asked me for tip even when I picked up my microwaved food.

EDIT. And apparently they deleted all the GAIA reviews - thats why its suddenly "Long Island Summer Lounge" again.

The worst service in Frankfurt!! Visited about 3 months after it re-branded as Gaia.

Table was booked for 8pm, we received food at hadn’t received food at 11:07pm! It’s ok, but nothing to get excited about.

Severely understaffed. We felt very sorry for the 2 waitresses they had working in a very large restaurant. We even saw one of them crying behind a curtain they were so stressed.

A tiny kitchen that was unable to copy with so many people. Why have such a big restaurant that is clearly unable to cope with so many covers??

The female manager is extremely unprofessional, rude u0026 has no sense of customer service! We tried to talk to her multiple times but she was quite obviously ignoring us.

In the end, we paid for the drinks u0026 left at 23:30.

Nicely decorated place, but the worst service I’ve ever had. Don’t listen to their advertisements, it’s certainly not what they promise!
