DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
This company arrived to collect our passengers but the driver refused to move unless they paid him 200 Euros cash even though we had paid them weeks prior to the transfers. The driver was rude and abusive towards our staff during a telephone conversation whilst they tried to sort the problem. The drivers HQ refused to talk to us and just kept hanging up. They have ignored all communication with us.
Our passengers/clients had no alternative but to pay the 200 Euros cash to the driver otherwise they would have missed their flight home. We are not holding our breath that the 200 Euros will be returned to us.
This company is unethical and should be avoided.

We have given them one star as that was the minimum allowed to post this review otherwise they wouldn't have been given any stars.

The company have responded but completely lied about the issue. All confirmations and emails clearly show a 12:30 collection time not an 08:30am collection. Why didnt the office speak to us and try to resolve the issue, we could have easily have cleared this up bu they just didnt want to speak with us. The company is a scam so be very careful if you do decide to book with them. We have now removed them from our systems and will be contacting other members of ABTA, BETA and ETOA to warn them of our experience with this company.
