I went to the Notaufnahme for a standard knife wound to my hand. I was admitted by a very unfriendly nurse who personally belittled me, unbeknownst to my situation and openly let her personal judgments cloud her professional performance. I’m completely appalled that a healthcare professional is allowed to behave in such a manner and still be employed. Apart from this nurse’s behavior, the physician and her assistant were very kind and capable.

I had a knee fructure on this day 3/9/17 during a football match . Right from the arrival of the ambulance to the clinic was superb. the workers that attended to me made me felt so awesome... if not for clinic sake i will love to see and meet those staff every blessed day. I love them already????????

Eines der besten kompetentesten Krankenhäuser aus dem Rhein Main Gebiet. Ich lag auf Station E3, hier waren alle super freundlich, Schwestern, Pfleger und selbst das Reinigungspersonal war sehr nett. Im OP läuft leise Musik, das natürlich die ganze Atmosphäre auflockert. Man fühlt sich wie im 5 Sterne Hotel nur ohne Wellness. Gerne immer wieder :-)

If you are looking for competent help after a sports/work accident or similar, the people here really want to help and show it. I was really excited about the mentality that is lived here every day. It doesn't matter what job.

Definitely not every hospital can claim that.

I can only recommend everyone to help here.

Noch niemals habe ich so fähige und auf Augenhöhe (zu einem Kassenpatient) behandelnde Oberärzte und sogar Chefarzt erlebt. Dieser war sogar zweimal bei Visite dabei und beantwortete Fragen und war sehr aufgeschlossen.
Ebenso die Schwestern auf Station, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, meist sogar mit Nachwuchspersonal an der Hand - top!

Zum Glück bin ich nicht nach Gelnhausen gekommen, dank dem DRK Rettungsdienst....

Wer nach einem Sport/Arbeitsunfall o.ä. fähige Hilfe sucht, die Menschen hier haben richtig Lust zu helfen und zeigen das auch. Ich war regelrecht begeistert, welche Mentalität hier Tag für Tag gelebt wird. Völlig egal welcher Job.

Das kann definitiv nicht jedes Krankenhaus von sich behaupten.

Ich kann jedem die Hilfe hier nur ans Herz legen.

Liebes BG Team, herzlichen Dank für eure Hilfe und Unterstützung, ich wollte fast schon da bleiben ????

Ich habe meinen Kollegen mit starken Schmerzen in die Unfallklinik gebracht. Nach ca. 3 Std. wurde von der Ärztin gesagt dass mein Kollege nicht behandelt werden könne, weil er selbstständig ist.
Daraufhin haben wir darauf hingewiesen dass er privat versichert ist und er die Kosten übernehmen wolle, allerdings fiel der Ärztin nichts Besseres ein als zu sagen "Tut mir Leid, wir können Sie hier nicht behandeln", und das nach 3 Std!!
Einfach nur sehr sehr inkompetent und frech.

Sie fühlte sich dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Ärtze sowie das gesamte Pflegepersonal waren sehr kompetent, freundlich und fachlich super. Auch ich hatte sofort diesen Eindruck als ich sie dort besucht habe und wurde von den Schwestern gleich sehr freundlich empfangen.

Ich war auf der E5 Handchirugie und in der Notaufnahme. Allen Beteiligten kann ich nur das beste Zeugnis geben. Rundum sicher und wohl hab ich mich gefühlt, alle Ärzte, Pflegekräfte und das sonstige Personal war super lieb und total geduldig. Ich war von Samstag bis Montag da und war wirklich sehr zufrieden. Ein tolles Krankenhaus und wirklich großartige Hilfe in einer blöden Situation.
