Studio is basic, but considering the price it's what you might expect. - One star because I canceled my membership 1,5 years ago. They confirmed end date Dec21. Then it got moved to May22. (even though there is a monthly cancelation option now in Germany). Oh, and I still have 80 EUR in Credit with them. Super bad experiance.

Hi,

I would not recommend this GYM because of poor communication when your taking / cancelling contract. Very late response for cancellation of contract, even after visiting personally and requested for cancellation of contract they simply ignore and still deduct amount monthly. The minimum contract period is 1 year , has to inform 3 months before cancellation and many terms and conditions even in Carona pandemic time also which is utter nonsese. As the contract is in Deutch language, foreigners cannot read all pages by standing at reception and sign blindly giving their bank details, that's how they play when cancelling the contract.

During critical covid months where the gym was closed we had to pay the fee - Ive kept asking who do I contact and where to get my whole money back. They told me to write an e-mail but all emails are ignored.

Equipment quality is for the price okay but you need to learn how to use them but yourself. I had a "Probetraining" and no trainer was on the studio ????????u200d♀️. Poor customer service...????

Good equipment and courses. People are friendly and monthly fee is reasonable. Only problem is the personal fitness plan. The quality depends on your trainer. But over all a very good gym.

It has got high end equipment, good hygiene and nice plan as per your need.
