Big part of this park is still closed for some reason. You can still walk around it and enter small sections like skating ring and small kids play area with swings, slides and see-saw.

The grass area is still not open for public, delay of more than 3 years. One can still walk around the park.

The houses look nice, but the details... The park is fenced, for a few years now. The streets are not so clean, birds pick the trash bins and the wind blows it over the place. Dog feces everywhere. The trees around the park look sick. The playground at Rewe is full of trash and is falling apart. It's just disappointing :(

Nice green area in the hood, sometimes can be so crowded with lots of poor people coming to play with many noisy children, not too many Germans around. Rewe is near and nice new houses in the sides. Excellent restaurant in the middle, one can have great views of the skylines of the city.

Nice field to play with your kids, lots of playgrounds like a skatepark, etc
