1 Bhumija - a year ago
Unfortunately, there has been change in ownership here. Extremely slow service, unfriendly staff, and sooo over priced!!!
We ordered to go:
A cappuccino normal - price €3,10 € - and got a 0.2 l mini cup and that also only half full !!!
A Latte normal - price €3,10 - and got a 0.3 l medium cup that only only half full!!!
Requested the rest milk foam for kid (widely known in Starbucks, Coffee Fellows etc. as babycino) and they charged 1 € !!! This is for just foam of the JA H milk.
I am sorry this is just highway robbery !! You use the cheapest JA H milk and then have the audacity to give half full cups and even charge for the left over foam for a child (4 year old just to make it clear) !!!
Nope !! No way!! ! You can't be so unfriendly and have grossly unmatched quality - price standards ... and think it is ok.
Starbucks has same prices but does give you the decent amount, are friendly and don't make you 10 min for 3 items !!
We can't wait for the next owner change cz this one is off our list !!
P.S. check the dates of the review the new owner (June 2021) has taken over the positive reviews of last owner.. and they are nothing like the friendly last ones. Just trying to ride their wave.
P.p.s. im picture a small Starbucks coffe cup as size comparison. Cappuccino is smaller than smallest Starbucks even !!
