Wonderful service by Carmen Kazmierczak. Our daughters were very excited (and a little anxious) to get earrings for the first time (including getting their ears pierced). Ms Kazmierczak was both patient and very friendly. Overall a great experience.

A nice place to shop for watches, was able to get the new Aikon Tide there. Frau Wagner was particularly helpful.

Don't shop here.Don't support this retailer.Terrible customer service. Bought "reputable" German watch. Twice had to return the watch to the manufacturer (it was supposedly covered under a 2 year warranty) and it never got fixed properly. Sent the watch a 3rd time to the store and the promised refund has never been sent. Very discouraging.

Terrible customer service. I would not recommend shopping here. I went in wanting to try on a watch and shop keepers were passing me from one shop keeper to another. Nobody seemed to want to serve me or care about my custom. I left eventually and went to another watch shop who were glad to serve me.
