One of the best places in Frankfurt for fine dining. Not necessarily the cheapest one but you get a surprise menu and the wine accompanying menu is deliciously selected. The atmosphere is very chilling and definitely ideally suiting romantic dates or small celebrations

It was amazing and the service was super nice and friendly! The waitress was super polied and she was introducing the dishes in a very professional way! she didn’t ruined the atmosphere I created with my girlfriend, very romantic and cozy! the food was marvelous and the wine where matching incredibly to the taste of the dishes!

Really delicious dinner with excellent service and very remarkable selection of wines. Menù changes very often based on the shopping list of the day. Overall I would really recommend this place even if I would define it a little bit overpriced. €100 for a 7-Gang menù and wine starts from €40/50.

In short, I can only recommend eating in this remarkable restaurant. I enjoyed a stellar 7 course menu partnered with several wines. The kitchen truly showed off that day with incredibly smart, creative, and modern courses. While it was exquisite dining, relax and do not worry about your suit and tie. It is a friendly, warm and casual environment.

I visited on a Wednesday evening the fully booked restaurant, luckily, I had a reservation made several days ahead. If you plan on going check the availability online!

Our table didn't plan on eating extensively that night, however, a quick glance to the neighbouring tables intrigued us. We opted for the 7 course menu instantly.

Price wise it is found at a higher range. That also showed in the products used. As such, I was happy to treat myself. Nevertheless, there are other options available than the 7 course menu. I would compare it to other great places such as "Chairs".

Atmosphere was great, cozy, friendly and chatty environment with great staff.

As I said in the beginning, I will definitely visit again.

To the owner, keep up the creative and daring kitchen. It goes well with your great staff and atmosphere. For me, it is wonderful to see such an authentic place that is indeed about the food in an honest and non-pretentious way.

I highly recommend the takeaway (finish at home) meal that Carte Blanche is currently doing due to Coronavirus measures. Everything was excellent and it was a wonderful change from our typical pizza or sushi orders. We will certainly order again!

One of the best restaurants in Frankfurt. The concept is a great idea and makes you try things you would normally not order. The food was exceptional and very interesting combinations perfectly paired with some delicious wines from great producers. We had an Atlantic wolffish with spinach, sudachi and nutbutter, which is something I'd never order but it was perfect. The dessert was also splendid with lots of different textures and flavours. To finish it off there was a great selection of spirits and coffee available. The staff was very well informed, attentive and extremely helpful. This is also nicely paired with a relaxed almost casual atmosphere. Overall a perfect evening!

The best meal I've had in Frankfurt. My husband and I had the daily four course tasting menu with wine accompaniment. We left very satisfied. The food was fresh and the flavor combinations were both creative and delicious. Perfect for a nice evening out. We'll definitely be taking friends and family who come to visit to this wonderful Nordend gem.
