Staff is absolutely disgusting. Came here for a short business stay in Frankfurt. The chubby guy with tattoo's had the attitude of a bus driver. He also was jokingly making fun of Dutch people right when I walked away from the reception. That guy has to go back to his mcdonalds job and your hotel is not worth anyone's money. Bye bye

This hotel is great. The staff and management are really laid-back. It is a vibrant atmosphere. Room was ideal. It's apartment style with a good refrigerator and cooking facilities. Just a 3-minutes walk from the tram and train station, and from there a couple of minutes ride to the main railway station. There are also many eateries and supermarkets nearby. I can definitely recommend this place.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic.
As one might expect this hotel is quite small, but the space is used very well. Everything in our room was clean and new. There's a cute bathroom, comfy queen size bed, and a kitchenette so you can make your own meals. A couple blocks from a supermarket, so you're all set.
Also very close to a metro line that can bring you downtown very quickly.

If you're travelling and looking for a place to stay on a budget, I would definitely recommend this place.

Con:
- no elevators. Not a problem for me, but some people may be deterred by this.

Loved our one night here! Friendly and welcoming staff let us check in early after a 14-hour flight. The room was well equipped to self-cater. Very chic interior. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms modern but dirty. They haven't cleaned up after previous guests. When we asked about it, the staff said that we could go to another hotel, and it was already after 8 pm!!!

Rooms were nice and clean, service counter was friendly and the booking experience was very good. Only thing : the hotel did not inform on the website beforehand that due to rebuilding and renovation there was no parking space. We came together as a family from different places to visit our mother in Frankfurt living nearby, and we would have liked to use a lobby or a place to sit together in the evening. This facility also was closed due to renovation. That the coffee for which we could get vouchers was closed over Christmas, was also not revealed. This was not a big issue as we walked over to Skyline Plaza where they offered a great breakfast on the 26th of December. I woudl have appreciated more transparent informaton on current limitations of service and facilities.
