Eine Rezension zu einer Esport-Organisation zu schreiben ist mMn immer etwas schwierig. Da fällt es mir bei einem Produkt oder einer Dienstleistung einfacher.

Denn zu der gesamten Organisation etwas zu schreiben, würde es nicht richtig treffen. Jedoch kann ich zu den Geschäftsführern und den dahinter stehenden Mitarbeitern etwas sagen. Sei es die Administration, das Management oder der Support.

Herr Müller und Herr Richter wissen hier auf jeden Fall was sie tun und haben alles bestens unter "Kontrolle". Die Orga ist sehr gut strukturiert und bestens aufgeteilt. Jede Person hat ihren Aufgabenbereich und weiß was zu tun ist.

Als Spieler unter Vuptrox ist man bestens aufgehoben. Es ist sehr familär und jeder hat ein offenes Ohr, wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Kritik wird jederzeit aufgenommen und versucht umzusetzen. Auch auf Wünsche und Bitten der Teams wird eingegangen. Es ist hier einfach ein Geben und ein Nehmen.

Ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen ist der Online-Shop. Die Bezahlung und Lieferung erfolgt reibungslos und schnell. Vorallem aber einfach! Das Trikot sowie das Mauspad überzeugt in Sachen Qualität.

Negative Aspekte habe ich nicht. Ich würde mir gerne etwas aus den Fingern saugen, damit diese Rezension vielleicht noch autentischer wirkt, aber es gibt nichts.

Schaut einfach mal bei Vuptrox vorbei und überzeugt euch, bestätigt gerne meine Meinung. :-)
