Great doctors but terrible staff. I have been in their clinic many times and each time I was happy with the service of different doctors.

However, the staff is not organized at all. It is obvious that, they are missing a manager. Someone should really organize them. They are so rude to the patients. when you ask a question their answers are not clear or they make you feel like you ask a stupid question. sometimes They ask the question to each other and they dont inform the patient back.

Whenever I go there, attitude of the staff makes me feel stressed, I am not sure if i will go back again!

Worst experience ever. I would not recommend this place to my network. Waited almost 2h, just for them to check me for 3 minutes. I should have read the reviews first.

If you want a fast examination of your eyes, it’s a good idea to make an appointment. But i doubt that all the doctors there are really competent. Perhaps mine was having a bad day…. Anyway, I had to take another appointment at a different doctor . Hearing a second opinion is sometimes a great idea.

I got an appointment rather quickly (wrote them on WhatsApp). They are located in the center of Frankfurt and were easy to find.
I only had to wait for about 10min.
The doctor was friendly and efficient.
The front desk staff could be more friendly, though.

Very good eye clinic.

Thank you very much to Dr. med. Fiona Blain Febo. She takes time for her patients and explains everything in detail.

The lady at reception Farah is super friendly and helpful.

You get pretty early an appointment there.

Wow I couldn’t believe it. Despite of an appointment at 10 am, I’ve been waiting for almost two hours along with other frustrating patients in the waiting area. Yet to be put in the inspection room, for another round of waiting. This is clearly a disastrous mismanagement and clinic admission.

Worst experience ever.

(+)Ophthalmologist is professional, briefly explained the medical issue.
Actual time with doctor 5 minutes.
(+) Appointments easily made via e-mail.

(-)Unnecessary waiting time (1 hour 10min.)
It is not clear in which order patients are called in.
