Fantastic hotel. Amazing breakfast. Great staff -- especially the female ones, they were very kind and helpful.

The gym is a bit shady though. And the path there is very strange.

The cleaners come in at the weirdest of times, even if you have had cleaning already. Didn't bother me too much, but might bother someone else since it is very unusual.

This is a great hotel! We had a really long day of travel after a cancelled flight which took us unexpectedly to Frankfurt for the evening. The hotel is very unique and clean, rooms are tidy and so comfortable. We would stay here every night if we could.

Make sure to book direct through the hotel! They give you a free cocktail upon arrival.

The positives:
- nice lobby, with cozy seating and complimentary candy
- newly done up (and so a neat bathroom and look of the rooms)
- nice service (the staff were very kind and welcoming)

The negatives:
- the area is really not nice, especially at night.
- the walls are really really thin and so, you can hear everything in the rooms next door and hallway.
- the thin walls also means that it is very loud when the cleaning staff work on tidying up other rooms - we were woken up early a few of the mornings due to this
- there is a bar with a DJ attached to the hotel. Therefore, be sure to get a room on the left-hand side in order to not be disturbed by the noise until the middle of the night.

Clean, modern hotel that honours the more classical exterior. Room well equipped. Breakfast had fresh fruits, berries etc. Stayed Wednesday night. Other guests primarily on business, but not all. Location good u0026 walkable for tourism. Would recommend.

Stayed for 7 days for business.

Room was clean, new, cozy, and comfy. And they got the best shower ever.

Staff are realy helpful. Two little issues though:

My room was on the ground floor, the western side of the hotel. Below it, in the basement there is a night club that plays loud music of course between 12 am and 2 am for 4 days of my stay. So I would choose another floor or just get a room on the eastern side.

The other thing, their room have no phones. I thought this was strange.

Rooms were excellent, if the bathrooms were a bit small but manageable. This part of Frankfurt was filthy and the area just outside the hotel seems to be where characters gather after hours - in the morning you can see bags and trash everywhere and it smells horrible. If you go east/towards touristy areas much better but if you come from the train station its not a favorable impression at first.

Small rooms, but with a very comfortable bed. Surprised me to not have a phone, but an in-room tablet is provided to chat or call reception. However, response times for chat were quite slow and we had to call several times to get reception to pick up. The private sauna was quite nice, though a temperature preference was never asked.

Overall, it was a good stay for our purposes that could have been improved by a bit more attention to service. I would stay there again.
