Very good place with friendly staff. Perfect when you need to park your car somewhere safe or have a dogs with you (there is quite a nice park opposite of the hotel). Clean beds, but bathroom could be cleaner - it reflects the price I guess. Will be using it again when need to sleep somewhere on long journey

The hotel website advertised 24-hour reception and express checkout. I rented a room here when visiting an elderly relative nearby, just in-case for whatever reason, God forbid, she should be unable to host me. Fortunately I did not end up needing to use the room, but when I went to return the key at 7 in the morning I found the reception locked. I had to get in through the fire exit u0026 leave the key in the stairwell, where any intruder could have taken it, as I had a train to catch.

The room was dirty, there was dirty traces on the walls as if someone had spit on it. It also had traces from a previous fight (holes on the doors and walls due to punches). The pictures on the website are not real so as the description. It said that we were supposed to have a view on the city and yet, we were on the first floor with a view on the wall in front of us. There was also a very bad smell of cigarette in the bathroom. We asked to change room or being reimbursed for the following night as we didn’t want to stay there and they said that they couldn’t do anything since the manager was on vacation apparently. DO NOT GO THERE !

Just, don't go here. You're better off sleeping in your car. Been in three different rooms and all of them were outdated, dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. From decayed bedsheets to onion peels in the closets to stains all over the walls and dust all over the bathrooms. Avoid by all means.

They cancelled our booking 3hs before our arrivals. Motivation: "they couldn't not verify my credit card and they already sold our room and hotel is fully booked."
They left us for a moment without any place where to go. Totally dishonest.
Fortunately we found a better place with also a less money. So at last maybe we've to thanks them. Without their cancellation maybe we'd not search an alternative.
So stay away from this hotel, there are lot of valid alternatives in Frankfurt.

Spacey and well equipped rooms, wich are clean and comfortable, it offers affordable prices and good interior (free WiFi). Do not miss the offered breakfast, very good. The location is close to the center of Bockenheim and the nearby subway station. Highly recommended.

specifically asked for non smoking room and although they insist it is, especially curtains smell like being in a bar :( ... sizewise the room is fine but bathroom is a joke, toilet is halfway under the sink, you have to slide to sit, you need to keep the door open to have enough space to lean over the sink. Cleaning wise another disappointment with dirt in the shower and sticky glass marks on the bedside chest. Also make sure you're luggage is light, you might get 4th floor and there's no elevator
