Visited the lounge as I was on Air Canada flight. The lounge is located near to Air Canada service counter on the first floor. The place was little bit busy but there was ample sitting available.

The food was good and there was plenty of options for the drink. The only disappointment was that there was nothing for vegetarian person. When I asked they told me that boiled tomato and bread is available. May be there are not too many guests looking for vegetarian food.

Staff was courteous and was taking care of the guests.

This lounge is a nice alternative in Frankfurt if you don't wanna visit the Lufthansa business lounges all the time. Chill get some Canadian vibes here. I visited this lounge before a flight on Singapore Airlines First Class Suites and before a flight on Qatar Airways Business Class.
It's not a very big lounge and there are not many food options (breakfast is better then the offerings later in the day). They have very nice showers with private toilet though, and also nice resting cubicles, plus a great view onto the apron.

While traveling business class on Turkish Airlines, I was routed to the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge since there was not a TA lounge available. Needless to say, Air Canada’s premium lounge was very impressive. Fresh fruit and cheese complimented the wine and liquor selection and the chef on duty was very considerate and attentive to every traveler’s needs. Coffee, tea, and soft drinks, and both sparkling and still water. The staff members were very accommodating and the sitting area very chic and comfortable with soft lighting and plenty of charging stations. I will look forward to returning in the future. Kudos to Air Canada and their service employees. ???????? ????

Excellent lounge! Breakfast options were great, all of the food was good. Lots of seating and big window views of the airport. If you are flying business class on a partner airline like Singapore Air, you will get access. Otherwise it is a €30 entry fee.

Excellent service , nice and clean, staff are friendly and helpful, they have food , different seating areas , if you want to work or relax or eat , washrooms and showers, the best lounge in FRA and this is my 10th visit and it’s always perfect thanks

Overall a good lounge with a small but decent fair. Their meatballs during lunch were great, and liked that they packaged fruits into individual Mason jars. Great drinks selection. The only minor complaint I have is the amount of people - the lounge was almost full and hard to find seats, but I believe this may be resolved with crowd control. Otherwise, nice cozy lounge to be in with sleeping areas and nice decor.

We had always used the Lufthansa lounge in Frankfurt and never the Maple Leaf lounge. This by far exceeded our expectations. They offer a more spacious, doctorated, pleasant atmosphere than Lufthansa lounge. The food was awesome and they even had a dedicated balcony for smoking.
The showers were super clean and offered necessary toiletries too. Loved it
