Impressed and grateful for the team of professional doctors, nurses and administrative staffs. Every staff from the entrance, registration, different doctors at different stations are friendly and kind and surprisingly patient. They are also full of empathy. It was my first ever surgery experience and it was surprisingly calming. Thank you for all your smiles and kindness :)

I’d like to thank the kind staff that took care of my grandmother during her health crisis. She speaks highly of the paramedics, nurses and doctors who made efforts in making her feel calm and comfortable despite the fact that she does not speak a lot of English (and no German). You transformed a very scary time, into a hopeful experience as a process to recover one’s health.

I visited Agaplesion Bethanien Krankenhaus for three times (consultation before, surgery at station 33-BKF and consultation after) and I am very impressed for the perfect treatment, precise and time effective processes, highes excellences of doctors, anaesthesiologists and all the Bethanien’s team, who are helping people every day.
Special thanks to the Doctor Arnd Schuler and the whole team, who turned surgical operations into a rocket science, so in two days after it I went home.
