Great Michelin star restaurant. The food was very good, staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Great pick for a business dinner. Soup and fish were delicious, and between courses there was a tasty mandarin sorbet and vegetable soup.

It isn't a trip to Germany for me if I haven't visited Tatort. The food is really creative and locally sourced, the staff is always engaging and authentic, and the atmosphere is truly something like home.

Good cuisine restaurant. A chef's menu with creative dishes with European ingredients and an Asian influence. Nicely served with small teasers between courses. Amicable atmosphere. Tough to find parking spaces nearby. Reasonably priced.

I really love this place! For me this is one of the best restaurants in Essen (and I've been to a few ????): not necessarily low cost, but you'll get exceptional quality, great service, good wines and yummy food ????. That's all you can ask for.

Amazing restaurant with great service and well thought through food and of course, really good food! Their starters are something out of this world. I had the tuna and my husband had the teriyaki - both really good.

Amazing little restaurant, we didn't book but I think we only got seated by sheer luck. Food was top class, as was the wine.

Fantastic restaurant, very elaborate dishes with excellent products and nice wine list, a must in Essen!
