Magical spot in Essen. Close to the main train station, this restaurant has exceptional quality and service. The fish is fresh, the lamb outstanding and the starters out of this world. The staff is kind and goes above and beyond to help an untrained german speaker as myself to have a great experience. Super recommended.

Excellent food without any doubt. Simply fresh and delicious. Staff are very friendly of course. However the kitchen seemed to have trouble keeping up to pace although the restaurant was only half full. Had to wait almost an hour for the main meal

lovely meal for 9 people, the food quality was great. It was very expensive though and the service was really slow.

Went to this restaurant recently with a large group. Amazing food, great ambiance and outstanding hospitality. Very expensive but value for money..
