Some staff very disrespectful.
I was talking to someone (who was pretending he is the manager) in English language. He answered rude and uncivil in German language, YOU ARE IN GERMANY AND MUST SPEAK GERMAN. It seems they are not trained to be respectful to their customers.
I have to be honest and thanks the younger lady (staff) who helped me to communicate with the mad guy.

Good spacious mall at Essen..Very centrally located, close to the bus stop and tram station and just a five minute drive from Essen hbf...Will be back

Big brands shop...
A lot of collections, nothing to say about that.

However the staff.... from all personal we crossed on the shoppingfloor not even 1 said hello....
... therefore i cancelled my idea to purchase my xmas presents in this mall.
