Rooms a bit basic for the price, but overall okay.

Service is competent and professional but I would recommend adding trash and recycling bins in the lounge.

Location is very good, close to metro and train station.

We come every year just to hangout in the lobby during Spiel Essen. It's a beautiful cozy space withnice lighting and tons of tables and seats. Also the bar staff is great, and they make good cocktails!

Nice and quiet area . We chk in on Sun for 1 night only, manage to get a street parking in front of hotel. No electric kettle or mini fridge in our room. Only 1 small fault was the towel smell lightly (from bad washing) after our shower/ hand wash. The ambient for our breakfast was good. They had cold cut meat and hard boiled egg , not bacon or scramble eggs. Cereals, bread roll , cakes , fresh fruit salad in a big bowl, coffee and tea.

Very nice place, with a great bar and seating area. Probably the best place if visiting the Messe and you want to stay in Essen city.

Went to some gathering and they have very nice Gin menu ....a must try for Gin lovers.

Pretty pretty lounge ???? The best seat is in the corner with a view to this beautiful bar to the left. And when you turn around a great view on both sides of the street Kennedyplatz

High light: breakfast buffet. All about organic products. Good bread and crispy croissants. Good coffee. It's a good thing to start the day with such a good breakfast.
Very clean hotel. My room was super clean everyday. The bedroom has just what you need though space probably an issue for large people. As I'm a slim girl I was absolutely good with it. There is a space with a table to learn. On the hotel Chanel there is an aquarius with relaxing music. It was awesome to sit in the lobby to read after breakfast or evenings as well. Friendly personal cares about guests. First time here and I have to say I loved it. I absolutely recommend it if business or free time.
