I know this chain from a few years ago and had mixed feelings about it - I was always charmed by the decor, but the service was not always nice. Today's experience in Essen was the nicest we've had so far - very friendly staff and perfect service, food served quickly (there was no heavy traffic at this time) and very tasty. We were served here the most beautiful nude burger we've eaten so far (pictured). I also really liked the graphic design of the menu card!

One of my favourite places to have a delicious burger! there are always four types of sauces on the table! That's great!
I usually take daily menu, so you can have burger, side (French fries or Salad), cold and warm drinks!

The burgers were amazing. Really fresh and so so so good! I could taste every single thing that was in that burger. A perfect meal with tasty food dancing on my tongue.

The fries were fresh, and really amazing!

My friend had a meat imitation burger. I tasted it, and it was sooooo soooo good!!!
It tastes like real meat! Loved every second of it.

The service was quick, clean, and respectful. So professional and calming.

The whole restaurant is an experience to live in Essen. From food, decorations, cleanliness to the bathroom.

Omg, so, the women's bathroom had tampons and was extremely clean and smelled amazing!

If i could, I'd give them 10✨

Great burgers! Wide range of choices. Vegetarian and vegan options available, and according to my friends who had them they are very good too. They also have a special menu for people with allergies, where all allergens are listed for each item. Friendly staff and very cosy environment.

I guess I've had lunch at the wrong date / time. People are reacting like they just don't care. Had of course wait a while, not crowded though and while people noticed me sitting at the given table, they just do not walk to take your order. The mentioned slogan: "All with the aim of making not only new guests and employees happy..." and "Like Hans, we are always moving further along the path to happiness", I guess some people are at the very beginning of that road.
Just would like to point out that if the said happiness and joy is such an important part of your business, then you have to stand for it and carry it out.
The food: brought quite fast, is nice, fresh and looks fine.
As I am here for the food and not neccessarily for a talk or chat, 4 out of 5.

Some people are happy and or enjoying their work, some are not. Nice to get some lunch quickly in Essen.

The Manu is too complicated specially if you don't speak German. But the waiters were so kind and friendly. (didn't speak English as well)
So my suggestion is to read the Manu before it's a pdf available on their website and then go there. The burgur is good not the best the meat was a little bit dry. They have cocktail and new handmade drinks on menu but not e normal fresh mohitoo or. Limonade only the ones with can are available if you are allergic to fruits. But over all it was a nice experience and the environment was really awesome.
