Conveniently located a few minutes from the U-Bahn, looks over a pretty square, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. Staff was very friendly and spoke English quite well. The continental breakfast isn't what you'd be used to in the USA, but it was still good. The only inconvenience was they provided only one room card instead of two. Not sure if this is normal, but all Holiday Inns I've stayed in provide two. Not usually a big deal, but this hotel requires the room card to be placed in a wall slot to operate the electricity once inside. A smart way to save on power when you leave, but not convenient if one person stays asleep in the room while the other goes out. The common computer printer didn't work either, but the concierge was kind enough to print off the stuff I needed from her office. Always love Holiday Inn, and this one is one of the best I've stayed in.

Excellent and friendly staff. The rooms and beds were nice, but the bathrooms need renovation, and the sound insulation between rooms and hallways was not so good. The room keys wouldn't stay programmed for more than 15 minutes, so I had to visit the lobby nearly every time I went back to my room.

Didn’t have a great experience at this hotel, when we booked through Hotels.com we requested interconnecting rooms as we are a family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids), when we arrived they advised they didn’t receive the request and they were unable to facilitate. After kicking up a fuss they managed to locate connecting rooms but they were pretty small, one of the rooms had a bed missing so we had to call reception back and fourth to get this sorted. On the 2nd day they didn’t clean our room and when we requested room cleaning they got moody with us. Overall not a great experience.

I stayed here for 6 nights for a business visit.

Rooms are small and bathrooms are much smaller. Hotel does not provide any amenities in the room like a Press/ Iron, Shoe Shine, or Water, etc. Also, toiletries are limited to Body Wash and Hand Wash.

Breakfast is just OK. Very limited options for Vegetarians.

Outside the hotel is a nice park for a walk or a jog. City Center/ Shopping complexes are near by at walking distance.

Friendly staff. Rooms are fine for the express brand. We slept 3 easily with the sofa bed. Breakfast is typically German (no complaints), but if you're expecting scrambled eggs and such then you'll be disappointed.
Parking, if you have to use the attached parking garage. However, parking in the street is mostly free if you can find a space.

Great stop over. Nice hotel for the whole family. Clean, comfortable, polite staff, breakfast is great - massive variety. Good value for money as breakfast is included. They have a parking garage under the hotel which is secure we paid 11E for parking over night!

You get what you get, again wish they had a fridge but have to acknowledge that this is an express. Rooms are in good shape and also a welcome comfort when they have enough towels and shower gel in the dispenser available. Elevator is slow and painful. Some the staff need more training, their personal skills laking in some areas. I asked them for more towels in the morning as I only had the one along with more shower gel in the dispenser. I cam back after work and I had more shower gel but had to re-ask for the towels. Some staff are veru friendly and on the ball other leave a lot to desire in terms of customer care and a very basic apology if your stay is not going right.
