Hab kürzlich das erste Mal dort Zauberartikel bestellt. Zunächst alles in Ordnung, schnelle Lieferung, kein Problem. Leider war ich mit der Ausführung/Qualität eines Artikels, den ich ausgerechnet 2 x bestellt hatte, nicht zufrieden, hab das auch per Mail (freundlich) moniert und erklärt und bekam auch prompt eine Antwort; nämlich, dass der Inhaber derzeit im Urlaub sei und sich gleich nach dem Urlaub meldet.
Kein Problem für mich - ich habe gewartet. Nach einigen Wochen (!) habe ich den Shop erinnert, sich bitte um mein Anliegen zu kümmern - ich möchte den Artikel zurückgeben / umtauschen / was anderes kaufen, was auch immer.
Wieder - keine Antwort. Keine Reaktion. Sowas finde ich unterste Schublade und diesen Shop kann ich daher NULL empfehlen. Ich war für jede Idee offen und der Artikel war preislich nicht der Rede wert, aber sich gar nicht zu melden, das ist schwach.
