The whole experience is great, starting from the meet and greet moving to the food which was executed to perfection on every single note whether it’s the flavour, presentation or technique. I’d highly recommend this for anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

During a business trip to Essen ,from the reviews we thought we gotta try that!! We dropped by without reservations and unfortunately it was all booked. We made reservations two days later and managed to get a table and we absolutely loved it !!! The Owner actually remembered us from the first time we dropped by! He is so sweet and hospitable. The food was incredible!!! The crispy duck was out of this world!!! Whatever u do , just book in advance!!! It’s so worth it!!!

Delicious. It's so good that when we're in Essen on business we've been known to eat there two nights in a row! Very friendly staff and nice, layered flavours. The portions are great and at lunch they have a great lunch deal. Highly recommended.

I LOVE this place. They have the best food in the world and the owner is really nice. He has an incredible ability to remember people. He always knows what me and my family are going to order based on what we order last time.

When you go there make sure you try the coco loci(I think) desert. It may look a bit weird but it tastes awesome.

Very traditional and fine. You will never be disappointed if you go there and the waiters are really nice. Don't miss as well their curry which creamy and tasty.
