Food was fantastic but the service was terrible. We had at least 5 different servers over the course of the evening. We waited 30 minutes for someone to bring the check but that didn't happen. We had to wave someone down and it took another 30 minutes to finally pay the bill.
Also waited for at least 30 minutes for someone to wait on us initially. The people seated next to us stared the entire time with hatred in their eyes.
Definitely didn't feel welcome.

We loved this place. The food feels and tastes authentic. The staff is polite end professional. Not much else to say. The dishes are generous in size. One thing is for sure. We will remember this place if we come to Essen again.

Wonderful place with exellent Italian Live Music, cooked with a lot of professionalism and delicacy, as is tradition. A service with love and satisfying prices.
You feel simply magical in Italy.

Food is really good, but the service isn't. Everything takes a very long time. Staff is apologetic, but that really doesn't help.

Best Italian Food Restaurant in Essen. Wonderful warm-hearted stuff, excellent service in an Italian Ambiente. It feels like being in Italy and it looks like little Italy. If you want to have a great time and feel a little bit like vacation you should definitely come here !

The pizza was delicious. But the tables, cutlery, plates and cups were dirty, with stains and fingerprints. I was also unpleasantly surprised by a cup of tea, it is high time to change it, it is old

Great food, feels really authentic and homemade. I couldn't go through the suggestions since it was in German but the standard menu offers a nice variety of dishes.
The wine menu is a bit off and lacks diversities in Italian wine.
I discovered a great place to eat but was left disappointed by my drinks
